We do not accept returns after 30 days.
If the package is refused or returned without our knowledge, a restocking fee of $6 will be applied. We will be unable to refund your cost of the original shipping if you decide that you do not want the order after it has already been submitted and shipped out.
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us at 305-594-4953 within 24 hour after the package was received so we can file a claim with the carrier.
We will not accept returns on damaged items if we have not been contacted first.
